All of our dogs are in foster homes and not available to meet in the shelter. Please click on the button below to fill out the dog adoption form.

Completed forms will then be sent to OMHS to be reviewed. You will be notified of approval or denial. OMHS reserves the right to refuse the adoption of any animal for any reason.
